Dear Colleagues,
My colleagues and I are conducting a meta-analysis of the unit/organization-level pay dispersion (including pay disparity, pay range, pay variation, etc.) and its outcomes. We are writing to ask for your help in identifying any unpublished data or manuscripts, in-press papers, or dissertations that might be relevant.
If you have any papers or data that are relevant, we would be grateful if you would share with us. If your full paper is not available, we would greatly appreciate your writing to us with a brief description on the following:
1) Correlation between pay dispersion and outcomes
2) Mean and Standard deviations of the pay dispersion and outcomes
3) Sample size from which the correlation, mean, and standard deviation were made
4) Sample characteristics (e.g., student groups, work teams, etc.)
5) Measure of pay dispersion (nature of the pay dispersion variable)
6) Measure of the outcome variable (nature of the outcome variable, reliability alpha, etc.)
