THE DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHOLOGY AT FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY seeks applicants for an open rank position in Industrial-Organizational Psychology to begin fall, 2011.  A Ph.D. in Psychology or related area is required.  All candidates should provide evidence of excellence in research and demonstrate potential to obtain external funding.  The successful candidate will join an exceptional department with nationally prominent faculty.  Candidates will be expected to participate in the I-O doctoral program and teach at both the graduate and undergraduate levels.
