    Colleagues,

    I am looking for academic resources on Leader/Member Exchange (LMX) theory (both pro and con). I have found several studies, but keep getting this feeling I have not delved deep enough as of yet. What resources do you have that you are willing to share?

    Great resource from someone who knows. The references from this will also
    give you a good feel for the lit up to 1995.
