  • 1.  Are there some injustice (rather than justice) scales available?

    Posted 11-12-2010 14:51

    Hello everyone,

I would like to know if there are some validated and published injustice (rather than "only" justice) scales available? If yes, could you send me the reference(s)?

The only things we were able to find was either a study measuring procedural injustice by first asking questions pertaining to expectations (what "ought" to be) and the actual state of the organization (what "is"), the difference being injustice (in European Journal of Social Psychology, 1999) or another study claiming that they converted Colquitt's (2001) items but without mentioning the items per se.

Are there some validated and published scales measuring injustice or both justice and injustice?

Thanks and have a good day!

    Jacques,

I don't have the items or citation, but I believe Jason Colquitt (University of Florida) is developing an injustice scale. His paper may be under review, or pehaps in press, by now. I recommend emailing him.
