The School seeks to appoint a Professor to contribute to the work of the Organizational Studies (OS) group. We expect the person appointed to make a strong contribution to research and teaching activities in Organization Studies broadly defined to include any area of Organizational Theory, Organizational Behaviour or Human Resource Management. The person appointed will have a high quality research record and the proven ability to teach at undergraduate, postgraduate and post-experience levels and to provide academic leadership. His/her research interests are likely to be aligned with those of the existing members of the Group.
