Dear Colleagues:
In conjunction with my dissertation research I am looking for an existing validated survey instrument regarding organizational policy development. I intend to survey individuals within organizations who are central to policy development (HRM professionals) looking at [the lack of] policies regulating non-work usage of ICTs by employees. What I have found, thus far, addresses the multi-dimensional question of employee burnout, engagement, etc. from the individual perspective, however, I am looking for information that would represent the organizational level.
Specifically I want to know if such policies do not exist, do organizations feel they should/need to address the gap and if so, how/why would such policies be developed and implemented.
I will gladly compile all responses and share the information upon completion. Thank you in advance for any assistance you may offer.
