    The Department of Psychology at the UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH FLORIDA invites applications for a 9- month appointment of a tenure track scholar in INDUSTRIAL/ORGANIZATIONAL Psychology, preferably at the Assistant Professor level, with service to begin as early as August 7, 2011. Applicants should show evidence of outstanding research and teaching. The successful applicant will be expected to establish an independent program of research that can garner extramural support, to supervise and mentor graduate students, to teach graduate and undergraduate classes, and to participate in departmental governance. Applicants must have the Ph.D. degree by the time of the appointment (August 7, 2011). The salary is negotiable. A review of the applications will begin on November 12, 2010. Applications received after November 12, 2010 may be reviewed and advanced, in cases of compelling merit, up to the conclusion of the search process.
