Assistant Professor Organizational Behavior/Leadership
The School of Management at Binghamton University (State University of New York at Binghamton), together with the Center for Leadership Studies at Binghamton University, seek to fill a position at the assistant professor level in the area of organizational behavior and leadership. The primary research focus is leadership, teams, and/or multi-level issues; and teaching in the undergraduate, masters, and doctoral programs involves OB and leadership courses. Salary and summer support will be competitive, and a reduction from a two-course per semester teaching load is possible. In addition to Binghamton University, the area's major employers include Lockheed-Martin and United Health Services. Three hours from New York City and Philadelphia, and one hour from Ithaca and Syracuse, New York, the Binghamton area is a low cost-of-living region of about 200,000 people.
