    Dear Colleagues

I am to teach a postgrad org. behaviour subject in 2011 and I am looking for suggestions as to a suitable text that has a more critical flavour i.e. one that is not entirely dominated by org/social pysch (sorry psych. Colleagues, but there is a separate elective here on managerial pysch.). I recently used Fiona Wilson's (2010) Org. Behaviour: A Critical Intro and found it to be not "textbooky" enough for the students. I would really like to use Knights & Willmott (2006) Intro to Org Behaviour and Management but suspect it is too complex for the cohort I will teach.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,

    Kyle Bruce

See the book, Organizational Behavior: Real Research for Real Managers, by Jone Pearce. It may be helpful.  Paul Lyons
