Hi all,
I am looking for a scale that captures reflection/reflexivity/reflective behavior at work at the individual level of analysis. I'm familiar with the team-level measures, but this is not what I need. So far, the scales I found, aren't enough focused on the work context or don't seem to cover all the dimensions of the construct. Thanks in advance for your input!
