    Hello,

This is a note to all students interested in positive psychology, and to faculty members who might want to pass it along to their students.

A student branch of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA) has recently formed -- Students of the International Positive Psychology Association (SIPPA). SIPPA is intended to facilitate networking, collaboration, and mentorship. A few ways we meet this priorities is by:
    - Offering mentorships with professors and graduate students working in the field, focusing on both in applied and research capacities.
    - Scholarship opportunities.
    - Discussion on our social networking sites: Facebook (http://bit.ly/agMibi); LinkedIn (http://www.linkedin.com/groups?gid=2795607)
    and there's more to come...

While the IPPA site (http://ippanetwork.org) is under construction, we have a temporary site, at http://SIPPA.heroku.com where you can learn more about us.

Right now, we're trying to get the word out about us. We're also looking for student candidates for our board of directors, as well as regional representatives. If you're interested in learning more about these opportunities, please email: SIPPAnetwork@gmail.com

Also, if you are a faculty member interested in being a mentor, please email SIPPAnetwork@gmail.com

    Thank You!
