A research team from the Institute for Leadership Research at Texas Tech University is conducting a literature review of conceptual and empirical research on Authentic Leadership, Authentic Followership and Authentic Leadership Development.
We would greatly appreciate receiving any unpublished or in press papers that examine these topics - either as the primary focus or in conjunction with a related construct or theory.
Please send your manuscript or any inquiry to
ilr@ttu.edu and include "authentic leadership" in the subject line.
We will use any theory or findings that you share with us only for the purposes of the literature review and will cite the original source in the references.
