The Department of Management and Organizations at The University of Iowa invites applicants for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Organizational Behavior or Human Resources starting in Fall 2011.
Qualifications: Applicants must have 1) a demonstrated potential for publishing significant research in top-tier journals, 2) a demonstrated high level of teaching competence in undergraduate classes with an emphasis on organizational behavior, and 3) an earned doctorate (can be near completion). Applicants must be capable of teaching in the undergraduate, MBA and/or doctoral programs. Candidates will work actively with our doctoral students. An interest and competence in teaching in any of the following additional areas is also desired but not required: negotiation, entrepreneurship, international business.
