Dear colleagues,
The October 10 deadline for the "Attributional Influences in Organizations" special issue of Group and Organization Management is quickly approaching. As a reminder, we invite submissions that utilize attribution theory and/or attributional variables to explain organizational phenomena. Both conceptual and empirical submissions will be considered. Consistent with the mission of GOM we encourage submissions on a wide range of topics, including those where attribution theory has not traditionally been applied. We also encourage submissions that include attributional constructs that have been underutilized in the organizational sciences, such as attribution styles, social attributions, and group/team-level attributions.
