    Hello,

    My colleague and I have a paper that needs a symposium home for the next SIOP conference. Our paper examines the relationship between race and gender status on mentorship dysfunction. It would fit nicely on a symposium on interpersonal workplace dysfunction, mentoring, power, status, or interpersonal processes in dyads.
