Dear Colleagues,
A research team at the University of Illinois at Chicago--Drs. Bob Liden and
Jenny Hoobler, and I?are conducting a meta-analysis regarding team
leadership.
More specifically, we are looking for unpublished studies that explore the
relationship between team-level leadership (e.g. team transformational
leadership, team charismatic leadership, team servant leadership, team
charismatic leadership, team leadership climate, etc.) and team actions or
emergent states (e.g. team cooperation, team coordination, team efficacy),
team-level attitudes (e.g. team satisfaction, team commitment, team
identification), team composition (e.g. team personality, team value), and
team performance outcomes (e.g. team performance, team OCB, team
creativity). We are hoping that you will be willing to share your
unpublished studies that include correlations between team-level leadership
behaviors and any team-level variables (e.g. characteristics, process,
attitudes, and performance).
If you have any unpublished papers, conference presentations, or
dissertations that you are willing to share, please send them (or just the
correlation matrix and sample information) to me via email (
jhu9@uic.edu).
We will cite your paper appropriately.
