I am currently looking for two additional papers to integrate into a SIOP symposium submission on 'Stereotype Threat in the Workplace'. More specifically, I am looking for any theoretical or empirical papers that explore the construct of stereotype threat and identity threat (i.e., race, gender, professional, etc.). The papers can focus on stereotype threat from various perspectives (i.e., intra-individual, dyad, group, etc.). Also, any papers on interventions or manipulations that can reduce stereotype threat effects are invited.
