My name is Bernie Malonson. I am a new Doctoral student in management at
Michigan State University.
I am working on a quick-turn research project where we are locating reliable
tools, scales and measures that can be used to evaluate team/group
performance (effectiveness).
As a starting point I am investigating following sources:

Personnel Psychology (Relevant Article Review)
I would welcome your insights and suggestions on specific articles, journals
or scales that you are aware of that it would be helpful for the team to review.
