I am trying to find home for a study of mine to fit in at SIOP. My study is looking at the effects of daily customer-related events on service employees' daily outcomes (e.g., emotional exhaustion, effectiveness), and the individual level moderators on the daily level association. It is a daily diary study with a call center sample.
Please let me know if you are trying to put together a symposium on a relevant theme that you think my study may contribute to. Also, if you want to submit a paper on a related topic (e.g., effects of events/experiences in predicting employee outcomes; daily diary design in emotional labor research), please do not hesitate to contact me to see whether we can organize a symposium.
