    Position: Tenure Track Faculty in Organizational Behavior
    Institution: Fisher College, OSU
    Location: Columbus, Ohio

    Management and Human Resources, Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State
    University, is seeking applicants for a senior-level faculty appointment in
    Organizational Behavior. This will be a full-time, tenure track appointment,
    to begin fall quarter 2011. Research, teaching, and service responsibilities
    required. Competitive salary and teaching load commensurate with other major
    research institutions. A more senior person (Full Professor or tenurable
    Associate Professor) who can provide long-term leadership for the
    Organizational Behavior faculty is preferred, but rank is open. Applicants
    with a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior (or equivalent) are preferred. A
    publication record commensurate with experience is an important hiring
    criterion.

    A continuing commitment to enhance our world class Organizational Behavior
    group implies that applicants will need to be able to apply the most
    up-to-date theories and methods to address critical research questions, with
    an eye towards publishing this work in the most respected research journals
    in Organizational Behavior and related disciplines. In terms of teaching, a
    world class Organizational Behavior group implies that faculty will be
    skilled at translating their own research and the research of their
    colleagues to the classroom setting. The Fisher College is committed to
    hiring faculty who have strong teaching skills at all student levels. The
    Fisher College is not currently committed to any particular area of
    research, theory, or methodological approach but open to applications from
    any scholar asking interesting and important research questions within this
    field.
