  • 1.  Scales to measure managerial, entrepreneurial, and leadership motivations

    Posted 08-03-2010 09:36
    Dear all,

I'm trying to find freely available self-report scales to measure MBA
    students' managerial motivation/mindset, entrepreneurial
motivation/mindset, and leadership motivation/mindset. I am aware of
Miner's sentence completion scale as a measure of motivation to manage,
Chan & Drasgow's (2001) motivation to lead scale, and Zhao et al.'s 2005
entrepreneurial intentions scale. Any further suggestions?? Any help
    would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!
    Stefan

    Dear Dr. Volk,

Please find attached the "Motivation at Work Scale" which can be adapted to
the managerial, entrepreneurial or leadership context by changing the stem.

The evolution of this scale is available in 10 different languages,
including German, if you need it in multiple languages.

    Best regards from Montréal,
