Assistant Professor in Management and Organizations
The School of Business at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez is seeking faculty candidates at the Assistant Professor level in Organizational Behavior / Human Resources. Applicants should have completed or be close to completing their Ph.D. degree. They must demonstrate the potential to publish research in top tier management journals and the ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in these areas. Preference will be given to candidates who can teach in Spanish as well as in English.

The School of Business at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (www.uai.cl) was founded in 1953 and was the first Business School to offer an MBA program in Latin America. Currently its MBA is ranked among the top three in Latin America and Nº1 in Chile (Ranking America Economía 2010). It is accredited by AASCB and AMBA. Its main campus is located in Chile’s capital city Santiago, and it has two additional campuses, one in Viña del Mar, Chile, and one in Miami, FL. The UAI School of Business offers undergraduate and graduate degree courses (full-time international MBA, part-time executive MBAs) as well as a research-based Doctoral degree in Management.
