This has been somewhat lacking in the Academy (O'Kane, Anand, & Matthiesen, 2008; Smith, Blair, & Poling, 2008; O'Kane et al., 2009). Building on the Academy sessions addressing CAQDAS software in previous years, this third Professional Development Workshop aims to present a range of in-depth research projects and methodologies which have used different CAQDAS Software to address their research questions (NVivo; QDA Miner; and, Atlas.ti). In addition, we provide participants with an introduction to the role of rigor in relation to qualitative enquiry as well as providing an appreciation of the learning curve associated with beginning to utilise CAQDAS software. | Search Terms: | CAQDAS , Software , Qualitative | |
