FACULTY POSITION IN MANAGEMENT/ OB ANNOUNCEMENT
ESPAE Graduate School of Management at ESPOL (Guayaquil-Ecuador) seeks applicants for a tenure-track open rank faculty position, appointment in the area of management or organizational behavior, beginning in November 2010 or January 2011. Responsibilities include teaching, scholarly research, and service on School committees and /or institutional development projects.
Applicants should possess the abilities to teach graduate and executive courses in PMBA, EMBA and Specialized master Programs; the teaching load is four courses a year for graduate or executive audiences. Candidates must have a doctorate in I/O Psychology, OB or related field, and must be fluent in English and Spanish (most of the teaching is in Spanish). Specific research emphases for this position are open; the applicant should demonstrate scholarly research experience through recent publications. Applied experience is desirable.
