    Faculty Position

    Assistant / Associate Professor in Organizational Behavior

     

    A tenure-track assistant/associate professor position in the management department at The University of Akron is available. We invite applications from highly qualified individuals immediately. It will be possible to start as soon as January 2011. The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. (or ABD near degree completion) in Management or related field, and demonstrate a strong record of, or potential for, quality research and teaching in the area of Organizational Behavior. Of particular value to UA is expertise in the field of leadership. The ability to teach some human resource management courses is desired. Business experience is a plus.
