OB colleagues,
I have found a few interesting papers but I am still missing out on the following areas, which perhaps you can shed some light on:
- Has Europe in fact been slower in seeking/accepting advice from management consulting companies?
- Is Mediterranean Europe´s preference for internal recruiting or recruiting through internal references, stronger than in Northern Europe or the USA?
- Much of the papers I came across focus on the convergence of HRM practices but not on the results, like performance or engagement, or on the ways people woudl prefer to be managed, any light there?
And yes, I will compile in about a fortnight.
All the best,
Alfredo
