Core Faculty Position in the People Management Department, EADA
EADA International Management Development Centre announces its search for a full-time faculty position in the Department of People Management. The position is available for the next Academic Year, 2011-2012.
Successful candidates are expected to teach at the Master and Executive Education level. Preference will be given to those candidates with documented evidence of strong potential for achieving excellence in research. Business experience is also an important asset.
All areas of specialization within Organizational Behaviour or Industrial Organizational Psychology will be considered but fields within the areas of team and leadership development, conflict management and negotiation, training and development will be given preference.
Candidates are expected to have a PhD in Organizational Behaviour or related areas. Fluency in English is a prerequisite and knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
