SENIOR LECTURER/READER IN ORGANISATIONAL BEHAVIOUR/HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Grade 10: £46,510 - £52,437 per annum
You will be responsible for undertaking research, teaching, administration and other activities supporting the work of the School and the HRM&OB Group. You are expected to make a significant contribution to research and knowledge transfer within a highly research active and dynamic HRM & OB Group and to develop innovative and creative approaches to teaching within core areas of study encompassed by the group. As part of your contribution to the Group's and School's research culture you will undertake and further develop research, knowledge transfer and business engagement activities, including active participation in the Research and Knowledge Transfer Centre in Managerial Excellence. The School of Management has identified sustainability and business engagement as core components in its strategy and it would be advantageous if the role holder could make significant contributions in this regard.
A Reader would be expected to make a leading contribution to research and knowledge transfer and it would be advantageous if the role holder's research and knowledge transfer activities supported the School's sustainability strategy. As a Reader the role holder would also be expected to support the research and knowledge transfer activities of other colleagues.
