    Hello all
I am seeking direction in the organization values literature for models that consider dimensions such as economic (materialism, power etc), social focus, stability, adaption. It would be most helpful to receive guidance to articles /authors of such models.
    Thanks and regards

    Hi Linzi,

the following model could give you some guidance for research into organisational orientation and offers an overview about a few models, which are integrated into one comprehensive model.

Dauber, Daniel, Fink, Gerhard and Yolles, Maurice, A Generic Theory of Organizational Culture (October 30, 2010). Southern Management Association Meeting, 2010 . Available at SSRN: http://ssrn.com/abstract=1744040
So far 123 downloads since Jan 2011.

    Best wishes
