    ATTENTION JUNIOR FACULTY:
Are you planning to attend the Academy of Management Meetings in Montreal this year?  If so, consider registering for the HR Division's Junior Faculty Consortium.

We have designed a set of exciting sessions and networking opportunities that should be of interest to U.S. and international faculty who are at the starting gate of their careers.

    Sessions will include:
    • Strategies for getting research done (Jason Shaw and Brad Bell)
    • Juggling multiple demands (David Lepak and Wendy Boswell)
    • Getting tenure (Paul TeslukPaul Tesluk and Wendy Casper)
    • Strategies for effective teaching (Ken Brown and Ian Williamson)
    • Responding to reviewers (John Hollenbeck)
    • Editor's panel with the top HR/OB journals
    Who can attend?
All junior faculty at academic institutions (Assistant Professors, Lecturers, Senior Lecturers, and Postdocs) who have completed their PhDs within the past five years.

    When is it?
Icebreaker and dinner on Friday, August 6 from 4:30pm to 7:00pm.
Main program from 8:30am – 5:30pm on Saturday, August 7 (with an optional reception from 5:30-7:00pm).

    How do I register?
Register through the PDW central registration system, which can be accessed once you've registered for the conference (registration codes 3R4H321 and 5R6H321).

It should be a lot of fun, relaxed, and informative, AND will provide a great opportunity to network with your peers. So, plan on arriving in Montreal by Friday evening so that you can join our Junior Faculty Consortium.
