    Hello colleagues, I have enjoyed the dynamic interaction and meaningful guidance provided through this listserv. My work has been on survey research on managers' attitudes and organizational adoption of ethno-cultural diversity practices. But I have not been able to find significant work around managers' attitudes as predictors of implementation of new practices in organizations. Particularly, I am interested in experimental studies. I would appreciate your suggestions.
