Hi everyone,
We (some co-authors and I) are starting work on a project and we wanted to test the relationship between experience of stress and turnover intentions, and an individual's growth expectations within a company and expectations of growth of the company, especially in small to medium sized businesses. I was wondering if anyone can suggest scales to measure individual growth expectations within the company and an employee's perceptions of growth potential/possibility of a company.
Thank you very much for your help - would appreciate any suggestions!
Sincerely,
Diya

Dear colleagues:
I know that many of the MBA programs offered by our universities require that students work in teams. A colleague and I are interested in learning about the types of support or knowledge that is provided to MBA team members. For example, students may learn about best practices with respect to teams through coursework, mentoring, coaching, or retreats. We are interested in the variety of ways that you communicate these best practices to your MBA teams. Furthermore, we are also interested in knowing if your program does not offer any courses about teamwork or support for MBA teams.
Please send any responses directly to me at smthat01@louisville.edu.
Per usual convention, I will provide a compilation of all responses.
Thank you,
Sherry Thatcher
