  • 1.  Opening position in Organizational Psychology/Organizationl Behavior

    The Technion - Israel Institute of Technology is looking to expand its Organizational Psychology / Organizational Behavior faculty. The opening is flexible in terms of rank, and open to junior as well as senior people. Starting time is flexible. Salary and compensation are compatible with the local standards in <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Israel</st1:place></st1:country-region>.

     

    Qualifications

    We are looking for individuals who are eager and active in their research and who can teach core and elective courses in organizational behavior, applied psychology, organizational sociology or HRM. Candidates should have a disciplinary background in organizational behavior, organizational or social psychology, or sociology.  Essential is evidence of strong scholarly research abilities. The ideal candidate would also be collegial and eager to contribute to the development of the students and faculty of the Behavioral Science area of the Technion.

    EADA Business School in Barcelona Spain is hiring an Assistant Professor in Organizational Psychology / Organizational Behavior.  The starting time is flexible.

     

    Qualifications

     

    The Candidate should have a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior or related field. The Candidate should demonstrate research and teaching abilities.  Preferences will be given for candidates interested in conducting research in the areas of leadership training and development, performance evaluation, and selection. Experience working in the Industry is also desirable.  The candidate must have the ability to teach in English in a multicultural environment and should be willing to collaborate with practitioners.
