Hi colleagues,
I am conducting a research regarding the group processes and outcomes. I want to measure the extent to which members take differentiated task roles when accomplishing the group goal. Here I refer to the group-level characteristic of the variance of task roles. Task inderdepence refers to the functional interdepence but not the pattern of the division of group task and task roles. For example, in a team to develop a searching engine to compete with google, members responsible for the algorithm is definitely more significant than the interface designers.
Your any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
