    Dear Colleagues,

The School of Management, University of South Australia is currently recruiting for a Chair in Management (Human Resource Management).  Please note that in Australian nomenclature the term "Chair" denotes a senior academic position equivalent to a Full Professor position in the United States; this is not an administrative position (i.e., not a Department Chair).  The School will soon be advertising a junior academic position in Human Resource Management as well – watch this space for details.

The School of Management is one of five Schools in the Division of Business and offers a wide range of programs including undergraduate and postgraduate coursework degrees, and higher degrees by research. The School is seeking an outstanding scholar to provide leadership in research and teaching in the area of human resource management.  Applicants require an earned PhD in a relevant field and an outstanding international record of research achievement in one or more of the following management fields – human resource management, employment relations, or organizational behavior.

The School's Centre for Human Resource Management is an active, vibrant group of researchers and we provide a supportive, collegial environment.  Interested applicants can learn more about us here:  http://www.unisa.edu.au/chrm/
