    Hello all,

I will be teaching a graduate level (non-MBA) OB/Leadership course this Fall.

I plan to use Kouzes & Posner's "The Leadership Challenge" for the Leadership portion of the course.  However, I'm in search of a text that is not overly long for the OB portion of the course, and that may also provide a nice foundation for discussing Leadership.

    Any suggestions?

    Many thanks,

    Whitney

Whitney, I suggest the short-form of Organizational Behavior (4th Ed.), by Steven McShane & Mary Ann Von Glinnow; McGraw-Hill.

    Good luck!
