CATÓLICA LISBON SCHOOL OF BUSINESS & ECONOMICS (CLSBE)

Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics (CLSBE) invites
applications for a full-time tenure track Assistant Professor position
in Organizational Behavior starting September 2012. While the specific
area is open (incl. OB, org studies, HRM, OT, etc.), applicants with
research and teaching interests in strategic HRM or leadership are
particularly encouraged to apply. Strong candidates at the Associate and
Full Professor levels will also be considered.

FCEE-Catolica is a leading European business school, committed to
research production at the highest level, to excellence in developing
outstanding graduates for high-level careers, and to offering business
leaders a lifelong learning environment. The undergraduate program in
Business Administration was the first of its kind in Portugal, and has
been ranked as the top program of its kind in Portugal. The school
offers innovative Master’s programs in Business Administration, Finance,
and Economics, including double degree programs with ESCP Paris and
    Lancaster Business School.

The increasingly international character of the school is reflected in
our faculty, student body, and international accreditations. Since 2008,
CLSBE has had the “triple crown” of international business school
accreditations: AACSB, EFMB, and AMBA. Our MSc, MBA, and PhD programs
are entirely taught in English, to an increasingly international student
body. Top international business schools are partners, in our PhD
program in Technological Change and Entrepreneurship (Carnegie-Mellon),
the Lisbon MBA (MIT Sloan), the double degree MSc programs (Lancaster,
ESCP Paris), and in our Advanced Management Program for top executives
    (Northwestern, Kellogg).

Católica Lisbon is the undisputed leader in Portugal’s executive
education market. In every year since 2007, Católica Lisbon has been
recognized as among the top 50 schools worldwide in both open programs
and custom programs. Increasingly, the programs are taught in English,
bring in reputed international faculty, and include projects outside of
Portugal. The school continues to launch new programs to address strong
demand for OB-related topics, including communication and persuasion
(2007), advanced negotiation (2011), change management (2010), managing
for results (2011), and sales management (2011).

Building on our current strengths - intimate size, research emphasis,
quality of faculty, unmatched contacts in the business community, and
international character – we are confident that Católica Lisbon will
become recognized as one of Europe’s outstanding business schools, while
maintaining our unique leadership position in Portuguese business
    education.
