OB colleagues,
I am building an inventory with the innitial purpose of guiding the selection of applicants to MBA courses in Brazil and, when accepted, of supplementing their weaknesess with customized coaching during their MBA tenure.
The inventory targets on the MBA candidate´s awarenes of internationally recognized literature and several other froms of artistic expression, also of history and politics.
Because I am based in Brazil, the inventory is biased towards a regional knowledge base. But I could benefit from similarly unorthodox selection processes elsewhere. I would appreciate your help in guiding me to similar efforts in other countries, or to inventories covering similar areas though with a different purpose.
Many thanks,
Alfredo Behrens

Dear colleagues,
We are studying how individuals assess co-workers' prototypicality in organizations. We are trying to find some more general theoretical grounding and we are looking for previous research and references (e.g., in cognitive psychology) on how individuals assess category typicality.
Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you very much for your help,
Elisa Mattarelli
