I'm looking for ideas on what you think have been the best contributions of I/O research to business and society over the last 25 years. Not necessarily the best research, but research that has had an impact on employee well-being, organizational performance, or societal outcomes.
    What do you think?

    Kurt:

I think efforts by I/O to differentiate subconstructs within the job performance domain have been significant contributions.  I am referring to advancing thinking to include citizenship, adaptive and counterproductivity, as well as task performance.

I would be interested in seeing the list you compile.
