Dear all,
We are investigating how power/status differences between individuals influence their interpersonal interactions in the workplace. For example does the person with higher power/status determine the length and the ground rules of the interaction? We are focusing on informal hierarchy within organisations.
Can you please suggest a scale we could use to measure informal power/status?
