    FACULTY POSITION OPENING – MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONS

     

    The Johnson School, Cornell University

      

    The Johnson School invites applications for a tenure-track position in our Management and Organizations group, with start date of July 2012.  Applicants with research and teaching interests in OB and OT will be considered.  Responsibilities of the position(s) include research in area(s) of expertise, teaching basic and advanced courses in management at the MBA and Ph.D. levels – including the area's core MBA course; supervision of doctoral candidates; and service to the School. The ideal candidate will be at the Assistant Professor level and will have demonstrated evidence of success in teaching required courses at the MBA level.

     

    The Johnson School offers MBA, Accelerated MBA, Executive MBA, and Ph.D. programs. Its MBA programs are consistently rated in the top 20. Johnson is part of Cornell University. Faculty in the Management and Organizations group conduct research on diverse topics using diverse research methods. Current tenure-track faculty members are Yaru Chen, Jim Detert, Glen Dowell, Olga Khessina, Kathleen O'Connor, Beta Mannix, and Wes Sine.  Located in Ithaca, New York, Cornell is an inclusive, dynamic, and innovative Ivy League university and is New York's land-grant institution.
