    Dear colleagues,

    Please find attached a call for papers for a special issue of Group and Organization Management on "Attributional Influences in Organizations." We invite submissions that utilize attribution theory and/or attributional variables to explain organizational phenomena. Consistent with the mission of GOM, we encourage submissions on a wide range of topics, including those where attribution theory has not traditionally been applied. We also encourage submissions that include attributional constructs that have been underutilized in the organizational sciences, such as attribution styles, social attributions, and group/team-level attributions.

    The submission deadline is 1st October 2010. Both conceptual and empirical submissions are encouraged.
