    Hello OB Colleagues,

     

    I am developing a study of factors that influence the quality of care provided by nursing assistants and home health aides.  One of the issues we are investigating is workers' perceptions of their rights and their responsibilities in their jobs.   I am looking for ways to measure perceptions of rights and responsibilities using either an on-line or paper-and-pencil survey.  A validated general measure would be fine.  I would appreciate any leads and/or published papers that have used such measures (or something close to them).  Thanks very much.
