£31,513 to £43,622 to £52,086 (exceptionally to £56,917) p.a.

The Work and Organisational Psychology group and the Aston Centre for Human Resources is keen to build on this continuing success and therefore is able to offer an exciting opportunity to research active colleagues to join our team.
You will join colleagues carrying out cutting edge research and engaging our motivated and able student groups at postgraduate and undergraduate level in Human Resource Management and Work Psychology. We offer a highly supportive environment with opportunities for personal development and participation in our expanding Executive Development programmes.
We encourage applications from any and all methodological perspectives, to enhance further our existing research profile and teaching provision.
You will have a relevant PhD and be committed to excellence in teaching at all levels. A passion for rigorous and relevant research and a track record in publishing in high quality outlets is a must. Chartered membership of the CIPD or Chartered Occupational Psychologist status from the British Psychological Society would be an advantage.
