    I am currently working as Registrar with Institute of Management Technology, Dubai. I am also pursuing my PHD in the area of performance management. The variables that I am studying are Self Efficacy , Growth need strength and performance. Through my research, I am aiming to establish a relationship between SE / GNS & Performance.
     
    I am currently stuck in my search for identifying a proper tool for measuring performance aspects. Since I wish to show a link to the personality variables SE & GNS therefore I want to use a tool which focusses on self rating of performance and covers not only the specific job related aspects of performance but also the contextual aspects of performance.  Most of the performance measuring tools talk about only the TASK PERFORMANCE and measurement through supervisor rating of employee performance.
     
    Can you please suggest some developed and tested Questionnaire that measures performance from perspective of individual and measures his / her overall performance in the organisation and not only the job performance. Or alternatively guide me to resources which might help in locating such tool.
     
    I am in a part of the world where research is still in its nascent stage and therefore there are not many mentors whom I can approach. You have an extensive research and publication experience and therefore I will be highly obliged if you could give me your valuable advice.
