For survey recruitment, I have used both Zoomerang's Technology Panel
and Syracuse's Study Response Project.
The ZoomTech panel is positioned as panelists who are all in
technology related jobs and there are 4 main types you can recruit,
for example you can ask only for managers or only for developers. The
panelist responses each cost between US $35-55 if I remember
correctly. The general Zoomerang panelist recruitment is much less
expensive - maybe $15-25 per panelist.
The Syracuse Study Response Project costs even less, and again you can
specify demographics for your sample set:
