Apologies for cross-posting.
The Institute of Work Psychology (IWP), an internationally renowned research
institute, the largest of its kind in Europe, is hosting its biennial
conference in July 2010.
The Conference will take place in Sheffield and will run from 29th June
to 1st
July 2010. We will once again focus on the frontier issues in work,
well-being and
performance, and inputs opening up new areas of research will be especially
welcomed.
We invite papers, symposia and workshops on any area of work or occupational
psychology, and related areas such as organizational behaviour, human
resource
management or social psychology.
We will have keynote talks from:
Arnold Bakker, Erasmus University, Rotterdam
Gary Johns, Concordia University
Ann Marie Ryan, Michigan State University
Rear Admiral Philip Wilcocks, Royal Navy
In addition we have an exciting series of Workshops, Statistics Courses
and the
return of our hugely popular Postgraduate and Early Career Event.
All of the events will take place in and around the spectacular St.Pauls
Hotel
and Winter Garden Complex in the heart of Sheffield city centre.
The deadline for submission of abstracts for papers and proposals for
symposia
and workshops is 29th January 2010.
