Dear colleagues,
Bob Eisenberger and I are organizing a symposium for next Academy of
Management meeting (2010 in Montreal) on the topic of social exchange
and its relationship with employee’s well-being.
We are looking for a fourth paper to include in our proposal: a
theoretical or empirical paper on the topic of social exchange and its
relationship with employee’s well-being. By employee's well-being we
mean variables such as positive mood, engagement, job satisfaction,
burnout, stress, health, work-family balance, etc.
