Good morning. With the amount of knowledge on this Listserv, I am sure the members of this group can help me and I hope you will be willing to do me a favor. As part of my Ph.D. program evaluations I am identifying potential supervisors whose scholarly interests align with areas I may want to pursue in my research. I am looking for information on scholars who have previously conducted research or are currently working in the following area: The role of persuasion in managerial decision making: There is a vast amount of marketing research on consumer behavior that is applicable to selling ideas and innovations into the organization. Is there a similar base of knowledge from a managerial perspective? If you were in my position, can you recommend other scholars researching in this space that you admire whose work I should explore?
