With the amount of knowledge on this Listserv, I am sure the members of this
group can help me and I hope you will be willing to do me a favor.
As part of my Ph.D. program evaluations I am identifying potential
supervisors whose scholarly interests align with areas I may want to pursue
in my research.
I am looking for information on scholars who have previously conducted
research or are currently working in the following area:
Impact/Development of High Performance Teams. How do high performance
organizations such as Southwest Airlines and precision teams (US Navy Blue
Angels) maintain high standards despite continuous turnover?
If you were in my position, can you recommend other scholars researching in
this space that you admire whose work I should explore?
I am sure you may know people doing valuable work in this area that I may
have missed.
